FIRST-Lab provides various chemicals for its users. A list of relevant MSDS can be found protected pageherelock (with physics login)

Please contact the person responsible for the equipment for inquiries on which chemicals are permitted for individual processes. Any additional material needs to be approved to access the cleanroom.
