Photolithography and wetchemistry rooms temporarely closed.

The cleanliness training for the participants of the FIRST Introduction Day will be carried out in two groups on February 22nd, 2024. FIRST photolithography and wetchemistry rooms will be closed for all users to acommodate the training for these two groups on this day from 1.30 pm until 3.30 pm. We kindly ask all users to organize their work accordingly.
